And—cringe—I likely read it on an aqua blue, chevron-laden, circa 2014 Pinterest post. “Only the pure in heart can make a good soup.” But despite its drawbacks, this idea holds stock because a good soup doesn’t require exact measurements per se. Instead, all you need is a big pot, a small collection of ingredients, and a no-recipe recipe that comes from the soul. But, of course, easy soup recipes are welcome in any kitchen.
