The 2023 Rogue Invitational features 40 of the world’s elite CrossFitters clashing at the Dell Diamond Stadium in Round Rock, TX, for a share of the prize pool exceeding $1.6 million. On Oct. 23, 2023, Rogue released six of the nine events that comprise the 2023 Rogue CrossFit Invitational. Check them out below:

2023 Rogue Invitational Events
There are nine events across three days of competition at the 2023 Rogue Invitational:
Individual Event One — Texas Heavy
Individual Event Two — Seat at the Bar
For time; 20-15-10 reps (Men) | 15-10-5 reps (Women) of:
Individual Event Three — The Circus
Three rounds for time:
- Ski Erg — Men: 40 calories | Women: 32 calories
- Five Single-Arm Strongman Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overhead — Men: 100 pounds | Women: 70 pounds
- Killer Cage — down and back
Individual Event Four — 10th Inning
10 rounds of:
Individual Event Five — The Duel III
Individual Event Six — Max Deadlift
Individual Event Seven — Hulk Hands
- Echo Bike — 30 calories
- 20 Double Fatbell Ground-to-Overhead — Men: 70 pounds | Women: 53 pounds
- 75-foot Front Rack Lunge to Zeus — Men: 135 pounds | Women: 95 pounds
- Run
- Hill Sled Push
- 75-foot Front Rack Lunge to Zeus — Men: 135 pounds | Women: 95 pounds
- 20 Double Fatbell Ground-to-Overhead — Men: 70 pounds | Women: 53 pounds
